Michael C. Hall To Narrate Stephen King’s “Pet Sematary” Audiobook

Michael C. Hall Stephen King Pet Sematary Michael C. Hall will narrate the first ever unabridged recording of Stephen King’s Pet Sematary, according to EW. The audiobook version of the unabridged novel will be available on March 27.

“Pet Sematary” was originally published in 1983 to worldwide success, instantly landing at No. 1 on the New York Times best-seller list, before being adapted into the popular 1989 horror film of the same name. In the novel, a family moves to a small town in Maine and discovers a pet cemetery across the street, with a local resident claiming that animals buried nearby have been known to come back to life. Following a tragic accident in which a toddler dies, the father buries his son at this supernatural location in hopes of his little boy returning to the family.

“Readers have been asking for this audiobook for a very long time,” Stephen King said in a statement. “I know the listening experience will be worth the wait with Michael as narrator.”
