Agent Masuka is taking on a new identity. C.S. Lee, who famously played the loveable, and sometimes creepy, agent Vince Masuka throughout “Dexter’s” series run has been added to “Criminal Minds” Season 10 in a guest starring role, reports TVline.
The actor will reportedly play a disturbed high school English teacher with a deadly obsession. The obsession stems out of being traumatized by his overbearing father who would lock him and his brother in a shed for hours to punish them for bad grades.
“Criminal Minds” returns on October 1 on CBS.
Showtime President David Nevins revealed Friday at the 2014 TCA summer press tour that the idea of Dexter Morgan dying was actually never even pitched to him. So, it was not the case that the producers wanted to kill off Dexter and the network said no.
“It was never discussed with me,” Nevins said. “No ever pitched the idea of killing Dexter. Neither Michael nor the producers ever thought that was the appropriate ending that Dexter should have got. It was honestly never discussed.”
Is there any chance the character might return? Or Michael C .Hall? Here’s Nevins’ take: “It’s always in the realm of possibility. Worked for Jack Bauer. Worked for the Bluth family… It’s always possible but there’s never really anything actively happening.”
Jaime Murray, known for such shows as “Dexter” and “Defiance”, got married over the weekend to longtime boyfriend Bernie Cahill.
People reports that Jaime, 37, and entertainment industry exec Bernie, 36, tied the knot in Bali on May 26. They were wed in a private ceremony at the ritzy Amandari resort in Ubud.
“It was pretty epic and magical,” Jaime says. The couple honeymooned at the Amankila beach resort, where they stayed in a suite that is perched on stilts alongside a cliff. They have been together for almost three years and got engaged when Bernie proposed on a plane from Toronto to L.A. in December 2013.
